(1) In the following, we inform you pursuant to Art. 13 GDPR about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data means any data that can be related to you personally, e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behaviour.

(3) When you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide (your e-mail address and, where applicable, your name and telephone number) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. The legal basis for the processing of this data is our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. If your contact is aimed at the conclusion of a contract, the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. We delete the data arising in this context once its storage is no longer required, or restrict its processing where statutory retention obligations apply.
(4) If we engage contracted service providers for individual functions of our offering or wish to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail below about the respective processes. In doing so, we will also state the defined criteria for the storage period.
§ 2 Your Rights
(1) You have the following rights vis-à-vis us with regard to the personal data concerning you:

§ 3 Collection of Personal Data When Visiting Our Website
(1) When you use the website for purely informational purposes, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we collect only the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure its stability and security (the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR):

– time zone difference from Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
– content of the request (specific page)
– access status/HTTP status code
– volume of data transferred in each case
– website from which the request originates

– operating system and its interface
– language and version of the browser software.
(2) In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive, assigned to the browser you are using, and through which certain information flows to the party setting the cookie (in this case, us). Cookies cannot execute programs or transmit viruses to your computer. They serve to make the website as a whole more user-friendly and effective.

a) This website uses the following types of cookies, the scope and functioning of which are explained below:

b) Transient cookies are deleted automatically when you close your browser. These include, in particular, session cookies. These store a so-called session ID, by means of which various requests from your browser can be assigned to the shared session. c) Persistent cookies are deleted automatically after a predefined period, which may vary depending on the cookie. You can delete the cookies at any time in the security settings of your browser.

§ 4 Processing of Your Data in the Context of Automated Decision-Making / Profiling
As a matter of principle, you have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you. In particular, such decisions may as a rule not be based on special categories of personal data pursuant to Art. 9 (1) GDPR. We do not use any such decision-making processes on our website or in the associated data processing.
